Feros Care is looking for a proactive and organised Talent Pathways Coordinator to support the delivery of our Talent Pathways Program and recruitment operations. This 12-month fixed term role is key to coordinating student placements, compliance, and career transitions, while ensuring smooth administration and stakeholder engagement. What You'll be Doing: Program Support : Coordinate work experience, traineeships, qualifications, and university partnerships. Manage enrolments, changes, completions, and liaise with RTOs and internal teams. Recruitment & Compliance : Assist with application tracking, onboarding logistics, compliance checks, and rostering. Maintain accurate records and respond to enquiries. Governance & Reporting : Update trackers, reconcile paid study time, manage financial spreadsheets, and submit invoices. Track feedback and maintain reporting tools. Stakeholder Engagement : Organise meetings, maintain contact lists, and collaborate with Marketing to share student success stories. Liaise with Hiring Managers to support candidate transitions. Career Pathways : Identify job opportunities for program participants and guide them into long-term roles within Feros Care. General Duties : Provide high-level admin support, uphold confidentiality, and manage competing priorities with attention to detail. About You: You're a confident coordinator with a passion for people and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. You bring: Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or talent program administration (highly desirable). Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. High attention to detail, discretion, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
