The Role Are you looking for a hybrid administration role where your skills make a real impact on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)? Do you want to contribute to critical functions that keep our workplace safe & efficient? We are seeking a team player to join us and support our HSEQ teams through essential administrative activities. This position supports our HSEQ team on a casual basis, working up to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Kembla Grange office. We are also open to explore candidates in the ACT. Key Responsibilities Prepare reports from various data sources to track HSEQ performance and meet compliance obligations with various regulators. Draft and prepare documents and provide general administrative support to the HSEQ team. Support document control processes to ensure all policies, procedures, and forms are accurate, current, and easily accessible. Collate and organise information to provide internal insights and support team initiatives. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required. What You Will Bring Previous administration experience, particularly strong with Microsoft Excel. A positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic and aligned values.
