The Role We’re looking for a thoughtful and empathetic Client Contracts Officer to join our dedicated Client Administration Team in Unanderra. In this role, you’ll become a trusted source of information and reassurance for older people and their families — guiding them through the financial and contractual aspects of moving into aged care. You’ll help them understand their options, feel supported, and know that everything is being handled with care and integrity. What You’ll Do Be a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for clients and families — answering questions and providing clear information about accommodation fees, means assessments and Residency Agreements. Prepare and manage Permanent Residential Care Residency Agreements , ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely and compliant. Coordinate with Residential Aged Care Services to ensure smooth and efficient processing of admissions, bed offers and client documentation. Monitor admissions and payment details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate records and data in our Finance System and respond promptly to any client account enquiries. Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Administration Team, ensuring our clients always feel respected and cared for. About You You’re someone who finds meaning in helping others — particularly older people and their families at what can be a complex and emotional time. You’re patient, organised, and have a genuine desire to make things easier for others. You’ll also bring Higher School Certificate or equivalent experience in an administrative or clerical role. Experience in administration, ideally within aged care, health, or community services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a calm and professional phone manner. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills (experience with AX/PeoplePoint is a plus). A collaborative mindset and a passion for great customer service. Why Uniting?
