We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the 3 eastern seaboard states.Here at Ingenia, you can enjoy working within an organisation that genuinely cares for its people and is committed to creating communities where our residents and visitors can truly belong.About the ParkIngenia Holidays White Albatross is positioned where the Nambucca River and South Pacific Ocean meet, our White Albatross guests can enjoy the luxury of direct access to a tidal lagoon as well as a surf beach less than two minutes’ walk away.Make the most of the onsite café and restaurant V-Wall Pavilion where you’ll find a casual dining menu, with an array of classic pub meals, modern cuisine and a VIP gaming lounge on offer.About the RoleWe are seeking friendly and professional Guest Experience Officers to support our front of house team at our White Albatross Holiday Park in Nambucca Heads. You will provide an exceptional customer experience to our guests and support the reception area. This role is approximately 15-20 hours per week with more hours during peak periods. Weekend availability is essential.
ResponsibilitiesWelcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activitiesActively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your parkDirect guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct proceduresEnsure high level of customer service is maintained at all timesContact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
About YouPrevious experience ina similar role / industryComputer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking softwarePassionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales abilityTeam player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
