About the Role Join MTC and make a real difference We’re looking for a passionate SEE Administration Support Officer to become part of our dynamic Education & Training team. This is a fantastic 12‑month part‑time opportunity based at our Hornsby office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting programs that help people achieve their learning and employment goals. The role is scheduled for Mondays to Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Reporting to the SEE Administration Team Leader , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient administrative support to the designated SEE site, staff and local referring agency network. Key Duties of this Role Meet and greet customers and centre visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Administrative duties including answering phones, booking and confirming appointments and entering new client details into the system. Cold call eligible customers to obtain new referrals. Maintain the WHS and student complaints registers. Provide administrative assistance to our SEE internal stakeholders. Other duties as required. About You The ideal applicant we are seeking will have: Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
