About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services team at Boston Private Wealth as a Client Services Officer. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and delivering a seamless experience for our valued clients in our office at Sanctuary Cove, QLD. What you'll be doing Handling inbound client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in‑person interactions Assisting clients with account maintenance, transactions, and other administrative tasks Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation Collaborating with the broader Wealth Management team to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Providing a high level of customer service to foster long‑term client relationships Participating in client events and other initiatives to support the growth of the business What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
