Job Description Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the APAC market. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Oversee pricing and contract negotiations to optimise profitability and competitiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Director - Sales should have: Proven experience in sales leadership within the industrial, mining or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in APAC. Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. Proficiency in analysing data and preparing detailed reports. A tertiary qualification in business, sales, or a related field is desirable What\'s on Offer Competitive base salary of approximately $220,000 to $270,000 AUD plus superannuation, car allowance and bonus.
