Commercial Director | Media Production | Sydney Our client is a well-established content marketing agency with some great clients and owned media assets in the travel space. Based at Elizabeth Bay, this is a great opportunity to join a nimble organisation and further develop in a growing business environment. The Role You will step into the organisation as the commercial lead for the business, focussed on driving revenue growth across multiple product channels. The role required a savvy media leader, who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands how monetise audiences across multiple touch points. What you'll be doing Build and execute on commercial strategies that drive revenue growth. Lead key initiatives across advertising, partnerships, sponsorships and branded content across all verticals within the business. Develop and deliver unique and innovative products to market. Oversee the sales performance of the business - including pipeline development and management, CRM usage, and client relationships. Manage and mentor a small but growing commercial function across sales, partnerships, digital media and branded content. What we're looking for Ideally you will have 7+ years of commercial experience in media, publishing, custom content or digital partnerships. A proven track record in cross-platform revenue generation and launching new products to market. Ability to actively develop and drive a sales strategy and manage a pipeline. Someone with leadership experience to manage and develop the commercial function. Strong sales skills to actively engage with the market.
