Mental Health - Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses Brunswick Private Hospital is a specialty hospital providing rehabilitation, general medical and outpatient services to our local community. We commenced our inpatient and day patient mental health services to complement our existing programs in January 2020, offering our community access to a wide variety of holistic services. Focussed on delivering great outcomes to our patients, our friendly clinical and non-clinical teams work together to deliver holistic care in a multidisciplinary approach. We are located conveniently located in Brunswick, close to the popular locations of Lygon Street and Sydney Road, and easily accessible local public transport links or car. About our Mental Health service Brunswick Private Hospital offers a variety of inpatient and recently developed outpatient (day) programs that are tailored to meet the needs of people with a range of mental health conditions. Focus on program delivery will include; young adult services, general anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) and Drug & Alcohol rehabilitation. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate mental health nurses to join our growing team to work in our 30 bed unit. Selection Criteria Hold a current Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Minimum one year of mental health nursing experience Strong focus on evidence based nursing care Demonstrated high standards of professional and ethical practice Focus on improvement and ongoing professional development Promotes safety, security and personal integrity in the workplace Post Graduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing Applicants must hold a current National Police Check (within 3 months) and Working with Children’s Check.
