About the Role As a Professional Practice Business Partner, your key responsibilities include ensuring that Chisholm Educators understand their obligations to demonstrate currency through professional development. This position will work at both Educator and Education Leadership levels to ensure professional development and will focus on three key areas. Business Partnership – support, planning, design, strategies, and practices. Delivery Innovation – lead review and implementation of client‑centric delivery models. Regulatory – tracking, supporting, and advising Educators to help them meet their goals. About You You will have a relevant degree and post‑graduate qualifications and experience, or extensive management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management and leadership experience and/or education or training along with the following skills and experience. Demonstrated ability to mentor and encourage professional development in a professional capacity. Experience in leading projects with multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal skills requiring high‑level liaison and/or consultation with stakeholder areas. Ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in research and conducting training needs analysis. Demonstrated ability to activate strategic plans with practical, measurable outcomes. Exemplary understanding of adult education pedagogies.
