Full-time, Ongoing Position Number: Location: Cranbourne Salary: $107,071 plus superannuation About the Role As a Professional Practice Business Partner, your key responsibilities include ensuring that Chisholm Educators understand their obligations to demonstrate currency through professional development. Key Responsibilities Support, plan, design, strategise and implement business partnership initiatives. Lead review and implementation of client‑centric delivery models. Track, support and advise Educators to help them meet regulatory goals. Qualifications & Experience You will have a relevant degree and post‑graduate qualifications and experience, or extensive management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management, leadership experience and/or education or training. Demonstrated ability to mentor and encourage professional development in a professional capacity. Experience leading projects with multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal skills requiring high‑level liaison and/or consultation with stakeholder areas. Ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in research and conducting training needs analysis. Demonstrated ability to activate strategic plans with practical, measurable outcomes. Exemplary understanding of adult education pedagogies.
