ARA Fire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Passive Manager to lead our Passive Fire team based at our Kings Park office. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing passive fire safety assessments, compliance, reporting, and team performance across a diverse portfolio of projects. About the Role As the Passive Manager, you will oversee the delivery of passive fire protection services, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and company standards. You will lead a team of professionals, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and drive operational excellence across all passive fire activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct and oversee fire safety assessments and reporting in line with regulatory requirements. Manage staff, subcontractors, quotes, and both preventative and reactive works. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and growth. Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and reporting via Clarafy and other systems. Support business development through quoting, client engagement, and tender preparation. Monitor departmental budgets, cash flow, and profitability. Champion OH&S compliance, including site safety plans, inductions, and hazard management. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in passive fire protection or related fire safety services. Preferably Accreditation to undertake Fire Safety Assessments (Restricted Certification). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client liaison abilities. Proficiency in reporting systems and documentation. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
