Passive Fire Manager

We are a medium sized Fire Services Company in Sydney looking for an enthusiastic Passive Fire Manager with proven experience in the Fire Protection Industry. With a team of Technicians and Office support staff, you will take ownership of the service operations from allocation through job completion to ready for invoicing. You will have a strong knowledge of Fire and Related Standards as well as the BCA. What we offer A friendly working environment. Scheduling of preventive maintenance. P&L responsibility. Reporting to key decision makers. Ensuring timely and efficient completion of works through actioning Work in Progress and other management reports. Managing all resources including subcontractors to ensure all works are completed efficiently. Assisting in Account Management. Operational and Technical Staff Management. Assisting in development of new business. Preparing reports along with upkeep and submittals of I & T and Repair quotes. Communicate with clients on a technical level regarding operational matters, Standards etc. Assist Contract managers to sell our services through technical assistance, leads and optimisation of existing group customers. Various other duties as required by Management. A successful Applicant will demonstrate A proven history of Passive Service or Operational management of minimum 5 years. A desire to build a strong, friendly Service Department. Strong communication skills at all levels. An ability to be pro‑active and think outside the box. Understands that Passive Service Industry is not a 9 to 5 position and willing to take occasional calls etc from technicians, clients or office. A current NSW drivers license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
