Customer Service Officer – Dormakaba Australia & New Zealand Overview Due to an internal move we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Officer you will play a crucial role in our order process by inputting purchase order data into SAP to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, improve customer satisfaction and enhance financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Input purchase order data accurately within SAP to ensure order requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. Resolve customer queries over the phone and through email communication. Generate reports to eliminate delays for customers. Provide regular updates to customers around order status, ETA’s, stock availability and pricing. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience within customer service or order entry. Experience with SAP or similar ERP system. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
