Your new role: As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead the Endoscopy Unit to deliver best-practice, patient-centred care through clinical excellence and strong leadership. Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across a diverse endoscopy service. Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based practice, innovation, and workforce development. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with Metro South Health's values and goals. About you: You are an experienced nursing leader with a passion for excellence, innovation, and compassionate care. Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and relevant tertiary qualifications. Proven expertise in endoscopy or gastroenterology clinical leadership and unit management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, build capability, and drive quality outcomes. Skilled in resource management, clinical governance, and fostering a learning culture within your team. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
