Seniority level : Not applicable Employment type : Full-time Job function : Project Management Industries : Technology, Information and Media About the role Frank Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager (4+ years) to lead the delivery of complex, high-quality digital projects for our long-term clients. You’ll manage end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client service. You’ll work closely with delivery leads, designers, developers, and strategists to uncover opportunities, solve challenges, and elevate our work through proactive project management and technical insight. Day to day you’ll Lead multiple digital projects across web, UX, and content, from initiation to launch Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources Conduct and translate discovery workshops into clear technical and functional requirements Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams Monitor project health, risks, and dependencies, resolving blockers as needed Facilitate clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders Contribute to testing, QA, and process improvements Create change requests, proposals, and strategic project documentation We are looking for 4+ years’ experience in digital project management or a similar role Strong knowledge of website CMSs (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Contentful, Storyblok, Sitecore, etc.) Understanding of digital marketing and CRM integrations Skilled in human‑centred design, user experience, and web delivery processes Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities A collaborative, culturally engaged team player with a proactive attitude In return we’ll give you A commitment to develop you and your career aspirations A no‑blame culture A focus on diversity & inclusion, sustainability, and mental wellbeing Stunning office in the heart of Barangaroo, close to restaurants, bars, and the harbour swimming spot A hybrid working model A fully stocked beer and wine fridge, impromptu BBQ lunches, sporting comps, team social activities, and a cracking end‑of‑year party Remote working; work from another time zone for up to 8 weeks per year Birthday leave A wellbeing day each year So, if you're a passionate Digital Project Manager who can juggle multiple projects / competing deadlines, manage their own workload and priorities, is looking for a change of scene and wants to grow in unison with us – Jaywing would love to hear from you Jaywing are committed to building an inclusive and diverse culture, so if you're doubting whether to apply for this role because you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to still do so, there may be other opportunities with us where you are in fact the perfect candidate.
