Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital projects from start to finish. The Digital Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams ensure that high-quality projects are delivered on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects using best practice methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Manage project scope and change requests Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field 5-8+ years of experience in digital project management Proven experience managing IT projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies Strong understanding of project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Planner / Project, Azure DevOps, Jira) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and / or Power Platform a plus Experience delivering outcome-based projects for external clients preferred Role Type Pay Rate: AUD – AUD (Annum) Company Overview At Seers Digital, our culture is built on belonging, collaboration, and impact.
