We’re looking for a professional, well-presented and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our close-knit Administration team. If you love being the go-to person, enjoy a busy front‑of‑house environment, and take pride in creating great first impressions, this is the perfect role for you. Included In What You’ll Do Manage reception and switchboard services, ensuring every call and visitor receives a warm and professional experience Greet and assist visitors, coordinate sign‑ins, and support meeting room bookings and set‑up Keep reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces tidy, organised and presentation ready Provide administrative support across the team, including mailroom assistance, courier coordination and supplier liaison Maintain records, process related invoices and help ensure strong cost control across admin functions Support the wider business with ad‑hoc tasks, especially during busy periods Work closely with the team to ensure full coverage through cross‑trained tasks What You Have Previous experience in a busy corporate reception or front‑of‑house role A clear, professional phone manner and confidence managing a switchboard Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly presence Solid computer skills with intermediate Outlook, Word and Excel The ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work independently High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism and a positive workplace culture. You’ll have variety in your day, opportunities to learn and cross‑train, and the chance to play an important role in keeping our office running at its best.
