This role works closely with the Global CTO teams, ANZ CIO and key business stakeholders to develop the digital strategy into a technology roadmap and annual operating budget in alignment with both global IT strategy/standards and local business requirements. They plan and lead multiple projects in parallel throughout the project lifecycle from scoping and approval through to implementation and transition to sustain ensuring that project governance and reporting requirements are completed, and business value is realized. Key Responsibilities Lead support, management and maintenance of IT Operations. Manage day‑to‑day IT operational activities including coordinating vendors to deliver agreed performance KPIs for service desk, field services, compute, networks, application support and end‑user compute services. Directly manage local IT vendors, engaging for RFP and contract negotiations, including contracts each in excess of $1MM USD. Oversee ITIL process execution compliance; actively develop and implement service level improvement plans; act as integral part of PepsiCo’s ITSM practices. Lead delivery of Infrastructure and Digital Projects: take full responsibility for end‑to‑end management and coordination of project definition, documentation and satisfactory completion. Consult with stakeholders to ensure objectives and requirements are understood and will be delivered. Provide effective leadership to the project team, taking action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Manage project budget allocation, including preparation of financial status reports. Provide senior executive‑level project artefacts and reporting identifying trends, dependencies and risks, offering guidance on complex matters. IT Financial Management: deliver estimates and work with vendors to review quotes for best value; manage the ANZ CTO AOP for baseline and investments, including CAPEX requests, PO creation and invoice processing; monitor spend variances. Partner with local OU IT Director to identify and drive productivity initiatives. IT & Business Stakeholder Management: partner with site leadership to understand priorities and deliver within cost and timeframe expectations; identify opportunities to add value. Act as escalation point for all IT operation issues such as delayed incident closure and request fulfilments. Measure vendor performance and actively drive performance issues with vendor management. Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and implement plans to improve it. Communicate project status, IT operation KPIs, and notifications such as planned outages and critical incidents to manage expectations. IT Controls Management: ensure compliance with IT controls, lead testing, reporting, and monitoring; develop remediation plans when needed. Qualifications 10+ years experience managing and delivering varying sized IT projects. 10+ years experience in customer‑facing service delivery and operations in a large global organisation. 5+ years experience in people management (including remote workforce). Preferred experience supporting manufacturing facilities and frontline sales force. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Customer‑focused, service‑oriented with an innovation mindset. Experience in an IT customer‑facing role; able to support Senior Executives. Excellent team leadership, building skills, managing a remote workforce. Strong business engagement and stakeholder management skills with Executive Leadership Teams. Strong written and oral communication, influencing skills. Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple independent projects concurrently with good prioritisation and time‑management. Agile approach, problem‑solving, adaptable to urgent or changing requirements. Strong financial management skills.
