About the role and where you will be working This position requires a personal vehicle that can be used for work purposes. We're looking for Aged Care Support Workers across Perth. Candidates should have at least 3-5 days of weekday availability with a bubbly and approachable attitude and be comfortable spending a fair amount of your day out on the road, driving between clients' homes. Our main needs are currently in the following locations: Joondalup Rockingham Fremantle South Perth Mandurah Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities – personal care, medication monitoring, meal preparation, shopping & social support, cleaning. Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs. Carefully follow client care plans and log activities via smartphone. Develop trust and maintain positive rapport with our clients & their families. About you You are comfortable working independently, care deeply about our clients, and may have previous experience in aged or community care, or caring for a family member/friend. Qualifications and Experience First Aid Certificate. Advantageous to have studied Certs in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Services or equivalent. Advantageous to have Manual Handling and / or Medication Administration certificates. Advantageous to have NDIS Worker Screen Check. Valid Drivers Licence & Reliable Roadworthy Vehicle. Initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise & multi‑task. Great interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
