The Opportunity: Join our growing Audit & Assurance division as a Senior Manager and take the lead in delivering high-quality audit services across a diverse client base — including Public Sector, Owner-Managed Businesses, Small to Mid-Cap ASX Listed entities, large proprietary companies, Australian subsidiaries of foreign owned groups and Not-For-Profits. You’ll work closely with the Partner group, lead a collaborative and talented team, and drive quality, innovation, and growth across the division. As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals, working directly with Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes and continuously raise the bar for audit quality and innovation. You’ll play a hands‑on role in: Leading and developing your team , ensuring a culture of excellence, learning, and support Driving business growth , identifying opportunities, and deepening client relationships Refining audit methodologies and practices , delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes Managing all aspects of the statutory audit process — from planning and risk assessment to execution and reporting You’ll bring a strategic mindset and the confidence to think critically and independently, backed by deep technical expertise across both local and international audit standards (including IFRS). Your experience includes auditing public sector entities, large proprietary and small-cap listed companies, with a solid understanding of internal control frameworks across accounting and IT systems. Exposure to AFSL compliance audits, investment properties, private equity funds, or financial instruments across diverse sectors will be highly regarded. You’ll bring 6+ years of audit experience, be ready to step confidently into a leadership role, and hold a CA qualification with a degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
