The program is delivered through a real-time app, with interaction and feedback from direct managers, Construction Managers and Construction Directors. Our Grad program has been created by a specialised L&D team, and is regularly reviewed and updated, with the P&C team and participants of the program. This ensures the program and systems are user-friendly and results driven. We are seeking Graduates with a passion for construction that are finishing their degree in the below fields of study in 2025– Construction Management Digital Engineering Civil / Structural Engineering Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Architecture / Design In return, Built provides access to industry leaders, an established mentoring program and the space to forge your own career path. Cadet Program : We are also seeking Cadets who are in their minimum 2nd year of study to join us. You’ll receive early insight and exposure to commercial construction, access coaching and training programs, and apply your university learnings on various client projects and real-world scenarios. Our cadets work 3 days a week (determined by study days), with the opportunity to work 5 days a week between university semesters.
