We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Product Roadmap Coordinator reporting to the Executive Manager Customer Roadmap Planning & Innovation. A bit about your role The Product Roadmap Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the development and management of the Customer Roadmap, promoting standardization in product development across nbn, and facilitating engagement sessions related to the Customer Roadmap. Each of these key accountabilities represents 33% of the role’s focus. A bit about you The ideal candidate has foundational experience in roles involving products and pricing within telecommunications, technology, or consulting. They bring strong presentation, stakeholder management, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills, along with a customer-focused mindset. Effective communication and influencing abilities are essential, especially for conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
