THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available for a Mail & Courier Services Associate at our client site in Sydney CBD. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service. We are looking for a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills & communication skills. Please note – this is a 100% onsite, 5 days/ week role, based in Sydney CBD. Key Responsibilities Sort and deliver daily mail and help with courier operations including inbound and outbound collection and delivery Follow established processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers and team members. Complete all customer tasks in line with organisational & client quality standards. Process customer requests within set timeframes and according to requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is reported using appropriate systems. Support and participate in cross-training with team members. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a Mailroom environment. Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. Knowledge of Mail & Courier systems. General understanding of mail processes including incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and registered parcels.
