ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Concession Boutique Manager – full‑time (Tuesday‑Saturday) – leads a dynamic boutique team to deliver exceptional results. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective. Monitor store sales performance and support continuous improvement. Oversee store operations , including stockroom and immaculate visual merchandising. Deliver a standout customer experience , hosting in‑store seasonal events. Develop and maintain VIP customer relationships . Manage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controls. Effectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for success. Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team aligned with brand values. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislation . ABOUT YOU Skills in training, coaching, and mentoring a retail team. Strong attention to detail , time management and organisation. A proven record of driving KPIs, efficient stock control and visual merchandising . Experience in roster and wage management . A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning .
