As a Home Care Worker with UPA, you will support our clients to remain independent in their own homes and stay connected to their local community. UPA Home Care helps older people live independently by providing in-home services that meet their individual while promoting wellness, choice, and quality of life. Note, the rate you are offered within this salary range is dependent on your skills, qualification, and level of experience. Your person-centred focus and attention to detail will assist us in recognising and responding to client needs as they evolve. Duties will include but not limited to: Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan. Provide independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care. Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping or meal preparation. Prompt and detailed reporting of client services. Recognising and reporting of client risk via our incident management system.
