Responsibilities First point of contact for the branch via incoming calls & trade counter Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes Rostered Saturday 4 hr shift, once every month Skills & Experience Experience in a Customer Service / Trade Sales position Electrical/Sales background highly regarded Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients Internal Sales $60K - $70K (based on years experience) + Super + Bonuses Rewards include participation in the profit share bonus system Development opportunities for internal progression.
