Role Overview Plan, implement, and facilitate engaging Supported Playgroups using the Smalltalk parenting strategies. Provide in‑home support and coaching to eligible families, building their confidence in supporting child development. Recruit families, manage enrolments, and develop referral pathways with local community services. Conduct administration, reporting, and strategic program planning to ensure compliance and quality service delivery. Work Pattern & Benefits Work schedule: Mon‑Fri during approximately 40 weeks of Victorian school terms. Guaranteed holidays during school breaks, including accrued annual leave and public holidays. Stable annualised salary paid fortnightly, providing financial consistency even during scheduled breaks. About You To be successful, you must posses well‑developed interpersonal skills, work autonomously, and hold relevant qualifications and experience in facilitating parenting groups. Key Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications or equivalent training in early education, family support, social work or related fields; PRC Smalltalk programme completion preferred. Experience in planning, implementing, administering, and evaluating supported playgroups or similar social support programs. Experience delivering in‑home support programmes and practices. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, especially with vulnerable and diverse families.
