Accounts Payable / Vehicle Administration Clerk Family owned and operated company in the Northern Beaches suburb of Brookvale. We are looking for someone to start immediately About the role Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties and responsibilities include: Ensure accurate costing of vehicle deals and processing within a timely manner. Data entry – maintain system records accurately, filing and scanning. Ensure compliance with company and stakeholder policies. Produce and make Floor Plan Payment to bailment provider. Review various daily and weekly reports identifying any discrepancies. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations. Collate and review all supplier invoices via email/mail and provide these to the relevant departmental managers for sign off. Process supplier invoices within a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements to invoices and general ledger each month. Back up duties when other accounts team members are absent or on leave. Provide administrative support to Manager. General accounts, administration and office duties. What we're looking for A positive ‘Have a go’ attitude and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately. Ability to follow processes. Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication & high level of organisational and time management skills. Previous experience with Tune or Revolution would be an advantage.
