Overview of the Role: Wakeling Automotive is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT department. We’re looking for a confident, and highly motivated individual to provide L1/L2 IT Support across the company. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll collaborate to deliver excellent support, with opportunities to lead improvement projects and enhance your skills through self-directed training resources. Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting across multiple locations Priority and Escalation management of support tickets Providing helpdesk, onsite and remote support for approximately 350 employees Hardware and Software fault diagnosis, repairs, installations, and upgrades Administering systems and user management Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software and OS issuesRoutine systems maintenance Systems and process documentation End User training Qualifications: Formal qualification/certificates (completed or currently studying) Experience with Microsoft Server and Desktop OS Experience with Microsoft 365 suite Experience with Apple devices and MacOS Environment Experience with desktop, server and networking troubleshooting Experience with Cloud Telephony Systems 1-2 Years Experience in a similar role Ability to work independently or as part of a team High level of customer service What we can offer you: 5 day working week Annual award night for employees Employee recognition and award for tenure / year of service Employee of the month incentive Christmas party for employees, partner and children Monthly bbq for all staff Supportive work environment Uniforms supplied at no cost on commencement of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
