As we expand were looking for an IT Support Officer to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team. About the role We are seeking a passionate and driven IT Support Officer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and support of applications and network components as well as the business-wide rollout of Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to learn from our existing team and partners becoming a subject matter expert and contributing to the success of our operations and the integration of innovative technologies. As the IT Support Officer you will be responsible for providing general IT support for applications hardware and the network. This includes liaising with appropriate third-party suppliers maintaining master data in D365 and other support systems and offering Level 1 support for Dynamics 365. You will actively participate in developing testing and implementing new projects as well as researching and addressing ad-hoc requests. Key accountabilities include Provide general IT support for applications hardware and the network by Liaising with appropriate third-party suppliers for IT support and maintenance.(DNS DHCP TCP / IP VLANS etc) Offer Level 1 support for Dynamics 365 addressing user inquiries and issues. Actively participate in developing testing and implementing IT projects. Conduct testing as per inhouse test frameworks and environments to cover system assessment needs performing both manual and automated testing in a range of environments. Create and maintain product verification and regression test documentation. Provide analysis and recommendations with a view to continuous improvement. Continuously improve training materials for Dynamics 365 and other systems. To be successful in the role you will possess the following Minimum 1 year experience in IT support and a formal qualification in Information Technology or related field. Existing skillsets or experience in any of the following areas would be looked upon favourably. Strong administrative and procedural skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach and committed to being a team player with excellent internal customer service skills. Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets. A current drivers licence. ERP systems Network configuration routing or management Testing toolset such as Devops.
