Outsized Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Marketing Manager Location: Sydney (Hybrid) – Start Date: ASAP. We’re supporting a major Australian organisation in hiring a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to help deliver large‑scale customer loyalty and engagement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving customer value proposition messaging, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring all marketing activities meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. Both positions offer hybrid working (2‑3 days in office) with strong potential for contract extension. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, web, and EDM. Develop, refine, and deliver CVP messaging across customer communications. Ensure all campaign activity adheres to legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines (including ASIC and APRA). Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and content. Oversee and coordinate the creation of web, social, and digital content assets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including creative, product, digital, and compliance. Track campaign performance, report insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. 5‑15 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager, ideally within large‑scale, customer‑focused industries. Strong background in digital marketing and content management. Strong understanding of marketing compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Experience in loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs. Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools. Exposure to brand strategy and creative development. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
