Disability Support Practitioner Location: Croudace Bay, NSW, Australia (travel required across Newcastle & Hunter region). Role type: Casual with pathway to permanent part‑time. About the role: Provide community‑based one‑on‑one support to clients with cerebral palsy. Deliver personal care, medication management, manual handling, support independence, community participation, and transport services. Expect to travel using own vehicle. Responsibilities Deliver personalised support including personal care, medication administration, and manual handling. Enable clients to make their own choices and develop independence. Encourage clients to engage in the community and build positive relationships. Transport clients in own vehicle where required. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred; can‑do attitude essential. Embodies CPA values (passionate, respectful, ethical, curious, courageous). Client‑focused care approach with drive to impact lives of people with disabilities. Minimum availability 2–3 weekdays and one weekend day; shift hours 7 am‑10 pm. Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum). Comfortable travelling across listed locations.
