This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills. Additionally, you will have the chance to make meaningful connections within the healthcare community, contribute to the growth of our practice, and play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for both our patients and team members. Key responsibilities Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call. This includes warmly greeting clients, efficiently handling inquiries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and courtesy. Handling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and processing accounts. You'll play a critical role in managing the scheduling system, ensuring appointments are seamlessly coordinated. Additionally, your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining organised records and processing accounts efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the suites. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service. You love the challenge of a high performing team as you are self‑motivated, highly organised and can prioritise efficiently. Other requirements Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years’ essential Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable. Medical typing experience Professional phone manner and approach to work Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
