Loan Processor (On or Offshore) - Expressions of Interest We are inviting expressions of interest for a Loan Processor to join our team. Support a High-Performing Brokerage & Develop Your Career in Mortgage Processing This role is critical in supporting brokers by ensuring that loan applications are prepared, submitted, and processed efficiently. You will play a key role in managing documentation, liaising with lenders, and tracking applications to ensure a seamless experience for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven role. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to gather required documents and information Submit loan applications to lenders and follow up on outstanding items Track application progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure smooth processing Communicate updates to brokers and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with the latest application status Identify and resolve any discrepancies or missing information to prevent delays Ensure all processing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy About You We are looking for candidates who have: Experience in loan processing, credit support, or a similar role in mortgage lending (desirable) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan applications and documentation Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Familiarity with loan processing systems, lender portals, and compliance requirements (desirable) A proactive and problem-solving mindset to manage application progress efficiently Strong communication skills to liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment If you are interested in this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
