About the company Our client provides equipment and rental management software in a fully integrated ERP solution. About the role Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations and working alongside a team of two, you will have the opportunity to take on a team‑leading position and improve the way in which they support their customers. The role is focused on actively managing the working relationship with their top‑tier customers by establishing a thorough understanding of the customers' business operations, leading to opportunities to improve efficiencies for the customers via process improvement, enhancements to the product and the introduction of additional products. The role is based out of their Thornleigh head office, where they offer a hybrid working model with two office days and three WFH days each week. About you We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join a busy and dynamic Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have a track record in a similar role from a software vendor or from the equipment rental industry, with an interest in moving into the software industry. Experience in the rental, equipment servicing and / or asset management industries will be highly regarded. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. A knack for creating relationships at all levels through effective and professional communication. Self‑motivated to learn and achieve excellence, coupled with logical decision‑making and the ability to take initiative.
