About The Role This role offers variety across multiple business areas — supporting our Managing Director, Estimating and Project Delivery teams. You’ll play a key role in business development, tender preparation, project setup, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Support preparation of expressions of interest and tender submissions. Assist estimating and operations teams with tender coordination and documentation. Help set up projects both from an office and site perspective. Maintain and update capability statements, project profiles, and social media platforms. Coordinate office and vehicle maintenance, stationery, and supplies. Assist HR with recruitment and uniform purchases. Organise functions. About You Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Indesign/Canva a plus). Attention to detail and a methodical approach. A broad understanding or interest in the building industry.
