Due to growth, we're looking for another Product Designer to join our exceptional team. Working in a fast-paced environment, we help our clients to develop luxury orientated products within the travel industry (airlines and hotels), so as a Product Designer you will design textiles and be required to provide design input and creative contribution We also collaborate with an enviable list of high-end brands, so you would need to understand and evolve the design DNA of luxury brands, translating this into premium products for travel industry customers. As such, you should have a breadth of knowledge across product and/or accessory design and capacity to evolve great innovative ideas within specified price and time parameters. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Exceptional designers who possess the following skills and attributes: Adv. knowledge of the Adobe Suite with excellent Photoshop skills for quick product visualisation Concept visualizer, sketching Strategic thinking and value add through design for business best practice Strong attention to detail and consistency in the work you create Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of project stakeholders e.g. Managers, Product Developers Effective time management skills with the ability to manage and meet competing deadlines. Keen to dive in and help where necessary - to learn, develop and support the team with demonstrated strong organisational skills. Solid design industry experience with relevant tertiary qualifications Exposure to the following will also be highly advantageous: Global design and fashion trend awareness Product technical specifications Understanding of working in a global supply chain Understanding cost for manufacturing and setup costs Sound knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as Cut + Sew and knit constructions BUZZ CULTURE At Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
