The Opportunity As a Sales Manager at KOSEC, you will play a hands‑on leadership role, personally driving sales performance while leading and motivating your team. This role requires a proven deal‑closer with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in financial services. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth, expand Funds Under Management (FUM), and acquire ultra‑high net worth and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Growth Lead by example—personally drive client acquisition, close high‑value deals, and hit ambitious revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Funds Under Management (FUM) and expand KOSEC’s high-net-worth client base. Build a pipeline of ultra‑high net worth investors, institutional clients, and corporate partners, leveraging strong referral networks and strategic partnerships. Work closely with marketing and investment teams to align sales initiatives with KOSEC’s broader business objectives. Identify and capitalise on cross‑selling opportunities across KOSEC’s investment, stockbroking, and financial planning services. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead from the front—set the standard for high‑performance sales execution by closing major deals and generating revenue. Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of investment consultants and financial sales professionals. Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks, ensuring the team consistently exceeds revenue goals. Deliver sales training, coaching, and performance management, developing a team of top‑tier financial sales professionals. Foster a high‑energy, results‑driven culture, ensuring every team member is motivated to excel in client acquisition and deal‑making. Client Relationship Management & Strategic Selling Build and maintain long‑term relationships with ultra‑high net worth investors, institutional clients, and corporate partners. Personally lead high‑value client negotiations, structuring bespoke investment solutions that align with client objectives. Deliver high‑impact investor presentations, market insights, and financial consultations, positioning KOSEC as the premier choice for investment services. Represent KOSEC at industry events, investor forums, and networking functions to strengthen the firm’s brand and market presence. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Sales Standards Ensure all sales activities align with industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and ethical investment standards. Maintain transparency in client interactions, delivering trusted, data‑driven investment solutions. Monitor and manage risk across client portfolios, ensuring responsible financial advisory and deal execution. A strong deal‑closer with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets. Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development, and FUM growth. Established networks and referral channels within the financial markets. Expertise in investment products, stockbroking, portfolio management, and financial strategies. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a passion for driving team success. RG146 compliance or relevant financial accreditation preferred.
