You will be a familiar and much‑loved face around the school, making a real difference in countless families’ lives. Shifts fall between the school zone hours of 8:00‑9:15 AM and 2:30‑3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You’ll work 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon, for a total of 22.5 hours of supervision per fortnight. You will receive an hourly rate plus superannuation and will also be paid during the school holidays (Terms 1‑3). Key Responsibilities Supervise school crossings during designated shift times. Ensure the safety of children, parents, teachers and motorists. Maintain a high level of alertness to potential hazards and communicate effectively. Work consistently in good or bad weather conditions. Assist with the arrangement of equipment and attendance at training sessions when required. About You Community‑mindful and eager to contribute. Reliable, punctual and willing to work during both daylight and adverse weather. Strong communication skills and alertness to potential dangers. Must be 18+ years old at the time of appointment. Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check and a Health Assessment (all will be aided if you haven’t completed them before). Having a current Working with Children Check is a plus.
