The Role: Sales Manager- B2C As our new Sales Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our sales team . Reporting to the B2C Manager, your mission will be to lead, grow, and scale revenue while ensuring our venue partners and clients receive top-tier service. You’ll be leading a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and results. Your leadership will be instrumental in hitting revenue targets, optimising performance, and inspiring your team to go beyond what they thought was possible. What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Boss) Leading & Growing the Sales Team: Running daily stand-ups, coaching reps, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. Smashing Revenue Goals: Driving growth , maintaining site inspection conversion rates , and negotiating killer commercial deals. Being in the Trenches: Closing deals alongside your team, supporting them during leave periods, and ensuring targets are always exceeded. Developing Future Sales Stars: Running bi-monthly training sessions and fortnightly one-on-ones to ensure every team member is operating at their peak . Building & Strengthening Relationships: Keeping our venue partners engaged, happy, and growing their business with us . Delivering 5-Star Client Experiences: Because anything less is unacceptable in the world of weddings & events.
