About the Role We’re seeking an accomplished finance leader to join us as General Manager – Commercial Finance, a pivotal role that drives insight, partnership, and performance across our investment and property portfolio. As a senior member of the Finance leadership team, you’ll partner closely with our Group GM Leasing, Head of Portfolio Management, Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy teams and Head of Technology, to deliver financial strategies and insights that enable informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities You’ll lead a high‑performing commercial finance function responsible for valuations, property accounting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and revenue insights. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand and communicate financial performance—from day‑to‑day reporting to long‑term strategic planning. Your remit will span: Leadership of the Commercial Finance function, including valuations, budgets, forecasts, and revenue insights. Financial business partnering across investments, property, funds management, and leasing. End‑to‑end ownership of budgets, short‑ and long‑term forecasts, and the management reporting framework. Development of financial dashboards and insights that support executive and board decision‑making. Oversight of the property accounting function and external financial relationships, including with our property provider (KFA). Identification of risks and opportunities to improve performance, enhance revenue, and optimise expenditure. Finance leadership for technology solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence. About You You’re an experienced and commercially minded finance professional with a strong track record in leading multifunctional teams and providing analytical insight that drives business outcomes. You have the ability to see the story behind the numbers, turning data into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decisions. You bring: Proven experience in senior commercial finance, property, or investment roles. Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing senior analysts and finance managers. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, valuations, and management reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at the executive level. A forward‑thinking approach, with an eye for continuous improvement and technology enablement across finance systems. Why Join Us?
