Civil Site Supervisor – Road & DTMR Works CGW Australia Pty Ltd | Queensland Roster: Typically 2:1 (varies by project/location) CGW Australia is a fast-growing civil contractor delivering DTMR and council road infrastructure, drainage upgrades and flood damage repair projects across Queensland. With a strong project pipeline, we’re seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead onsite delivery and drive high-quality outcomes. About the Role You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations across regional road and drainage projects, including: Leading civil crews, subcontractors and plant on DTMR-spec roadworks Ensuring all works comply with DTMR MRTS specifications & QA requirements Managing daily productivity, scheduling and site execution Overseeing safety standards, pre-starts, SWMS compliance and site audits Completing QA documentation, ITPs, test requests and lot records Building strong relationships with client reps and inspectors Roster: A typical swing is 2 weeks on / 1 week off, however this may vary depending on the project and location. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Strong knowledge of DTMR specs (MRTS04/05/70 etc.) Ability to read drawings, manage crews and make sound onsite decisions A strong safety mindset and solid communication skills White Card + Driver’s Licence (additional tickets highly regarded) Why Join CGW?
