About The Role We’re looking for a Site Manager to take charge of our 24/7 Laverton milk processing facility. This is a key leadership role overseeing production and driving a strong people and culture agenda. You’ll champion engagement, build capability, and deliver operational excellence while fostering a high-performing team environment. Full accountability for day to day site leadership Lead cultural and people change initiatives Support EA negotiations and maintain constructive union relationships Oversee production and operational efficiency across a 24/7 facility About You And Your Skills Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and driving people change Skilled in managing union relationships and EA negotiations Strong ability to build capability and engagement across diverse teams Background in dairy or beverage operations preferred Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week at Laverton What’s in it for you?
