About the role Are you a Creative Copywriter / Producer with a passion for boundary-pushing concepts and compelling copy ? We're looking for a brilliant storyteller who lives for social-first video content and creative copywriting. S someone who can tackle creative briefs with big ideas and bring them to life across diverse digital and video platforms. You'll be hands‑on from ideation and scriptwriting right through to content delivery, collaborating closely to deliver high‑impact, branded content that sparks conversation and aligns with our mission to empower women and girls. If you're ready to make real change and see your creative vision reach a massive audience, we want to hear from you Here’s some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Craft conceptual copy for video scripts, social Reels, paid performance ads, and digital assets for Mamamia branded content, our MOVE fitness app, and creator partnerships. Collaborate closely with video producers, art directors, editors, and designers to ideate, storyboard, and develop compelling social‑first storytelling concepts. Be hands‑on throughout the creative process, from initial concept to final content delivery. Participate in pre‑production planning, ensuring brand voice and narrative align with shoot logistics and creative objectives. Present pitches, concepts, and scripts to internal sales and strategy teams, adapting your messaging for different formats and audiences. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and production innovations to deliver consistently high‑impact work. Now, a bit about you You have a minimum of 3+ years of creative copywriting experience , ideally within an agency, production, or brand environment. You're bursting with unusual, original ideas that instinctively grab people’s attention, making them watch, like, and share. Your proven portfolio showcases 360 social ideas that span paid, organic, and creator content for diverse audiences and channels. You have a strong background in advertising, screenwriting, or narrative development. You're experienced in video production workflows , including storyboarding and working collaboratively with talent and production teams. You have the ability to perfectly balance creative storytelling with clear brand strategy and performance goals. Completion of AWARD School or a similar advertising program, or a relevant background in advertising, is highly valued.
