Overview Australian Venue Co. (AVC) is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our national Marketing team and support a portfolio of Sydney venues. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to deliver campaigns that move the needle this is the role for you. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll bring venue marketing strategies to life, managing campaigns, budgets, advertising, digital content and promotional activity across your venue patch. You’ll work closely with Venue Managers, Operations, Digital, and Design to ensure every initiative delivers impact and aligns with AVC’s business goals. This role is perfect for a marketer who loves creative thinking and data-driven execution, and who wants to grow within one of Australia’s largest and most exciting hospitality groups. What You’ll Be Doing Manage marketing budgets and provide monthly reporting to venue leaders Brief Digital & Design teams and manage campaign rollouts Oversee website, social media, photography, and content updates Monitor digital performance and advise on Google Ads & paid channels Identify trends and pitch revenue-driving ideas Support Brownfield, Greenfield and Acquisition project marketing Collaborate closely with the PR team on media opportunities Champion exceptional customer experience and brand consistency What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end marketing, ideally hospitality Excellent copywriting and communication skills Experience managing budgets and campaign performance Ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Creative thinker with strong organisational and project-management skills Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or similar A genuine passion for hospitality and venue-led experiences Why Join AVC?
