National Key Account Manager — Eureka Pet Co Sydney | Base from $120k p.a. About the Role Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, you’ll manage and grow key accounts across: Grocery: Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Costco Specialty: Petbarn, The Reject Shop, PetO Brands: Open Paddock, Vets All Natural, Healthy Pet Treat Co. Private Label Programs This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both Eureka Pet Co, Murray River Pet Food and its retail partners. Success in this role is measured by sustainable revenue and profit growth combined with strengthened customer relationships. Some travel to our Howlong Manufacturing Site, NSW is required where you can enjoy the Murray River lifestyle. What you’ll be doing Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key retailers Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth across assigned accounts Manage the Sales P&L, including pricing and gross margins Develop promotional strategies, brand programs and rebate planning Collaborate with Operations and Planning to ensure right‑first‑time delivery Analyse performance, trends and competitor activity Present insights, updates and recommendations to the Co‑CEOs About you 3–5 years’ FMCG account management experience (pet food highly regarded but not essential) Strong commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Detail‑driven, organised and confident working both independently and in a small, high‑performing team Genuine interest in pet nutrition and the category You have Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage the customer Ability to build and maintain relationships Highly motivated and driven to achieve resultsAbility to work independently and as a member of highly engaged team High attention to detail surrounding retail execution Honest, reliable with a passion for future development Why Join Us?
