Lawcadia has a highly configurable end-to-end legal operations platform with intelligent automation and AI, making it intuitive and easy to use. A unique two-sided platform it delivers value to both in-house legal teams and their law firms. Lawcadia’s international client list includes organisations within each of the following sectors: all levels of government, financial services, insurance, infrastructure, not-for-profit, agriculture, transport and manufacturing. The Lawcadia platform is also used by top-tier, mid-tier and boutique law firms around the world. About the opportunity: Lawcadia ( is excited to announce the expansion of its Australian team and is now looking for a Brisbane-based B2B software sales professional to target in-house legal teams. About the role: ·Target new business opportunities across Australia, obtain meetings to demonstrate the solution, and close the sale. ·Primary target market focus of in-house legal teams of between 10-50 users. ·Client audience - General Counsels/Chief Legal Officers/Heads of Legal and Legal Operations Professionals. ·Demonstrate a consultative sales approach. You will be supported by a platform specialist on client demos, so you can be hyper focused on the sales cycle. ·Work with marketing and community, collaborate and communicate with other relevant stakeholders, and maintain a clean CRM. ·Meet company KPIs and sales targets. ·Planned domestic travel and attendance at client and industry events will be required. About you: ·You’re self-motivated, confident in your approach, and enjoy building relationships that lead to commercial success. ·You’re comfortable initiating conversations, securing meetings, and progressing opportunities with purpose. ·You communicate clearly and effectively – both written and verbal – and you understand how to engage your audience. ·You work well with others, value collaboration, and build trusted relationships across teams and with clients. Key attributes we’re looking for: ·Experience in B2B software sales - experience with selling SaaS platforms would be an advantage. ·Comfortable to regularly travel into the Brisbane CBD office, whilst flexible work from home arrangements are offered. ·Brings a positive mindset, enjoys connecting with clients, values teamwork, and is open to learning and developing new skills in a dynamic environment ·Ability to work unsupervised, punctual, has great communication and is highly respectful of others.
