About the role Ace Plus has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Portal Administrator to join our growing Maylands team on a full‑time permanent basis. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Operations Team to ensure that we continuously fulfil our contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle from inception to completion. This busy but rewarding role will see you drive the success of our maintenance and project delivery teams. This is an exciting time to join our team. What a typical day in this role might look like Provide administrative support to the Operations Team. Managing client portals to continuously meet contract and client KPI’s. Tracking project documents and updating registers and portals. Organising site access for trades and subcontractors. Assist in tracking contract variations and work orders. Assist in preparing and coordinating documentation to ensure compliance for all works and reports as specified within client contracts.
