About You We are currently looking for a Service Portal Administrator who is keen to work Part‑Time (3 days a week) and be based in our South Melbourne office in Victoria. You will be working with one of our key customer, and provide administrative and customer service support using their service operations platform. Key responsibilities for you Providing timely, accurate and high-quality customer service to OTIS customers. Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence and reduce impact to both OTIS and customers. Be a positive representation of Otis for existing and prospective customers. Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation. Performing administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery to the client and deliver a premium service to enhance our position as market leader. Supporting the team in exceeding customer expectations through a positive and engaged attitude and celebrating in branch successes. Environment, Health & Safety - To comply with the EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory and Company EH&S rules and requirements. What you will need to be successful Have min. 2-3 years of working experience in an Administration and Customer Service role. Post graduate students on unlimited working hours visas and valid working rights are welcome to apply. Possess strong IT skills with the ability to navigate client systems and portals confidently. A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in dynamic or ambiguous environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with a proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement. Results-oriented and capable of building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
